Hello and yes it should be 5 on 5 but getting them checked before buying would be the first thing I would do. These trucks being 40 years old + having been through several owners you never know what they have changed on them.
You can check them your self are any good tire store can. I got one of these at the local tire store for $5.00 it's nice to have at the Junkyards.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
