Looks like I'm going to need a new motor for my truck. Mechanic says leak down test shows low compression in 3 cyclinders with 80% of it as result of blow by the rings

Will probably look to replace the transmission also while I'm at it.

I'd like to find a 327/350/383/400 SBC and a 700r4 to put in my truck. Anybody have any opinions on shops in the Dallas area or mail order to reccomend? Also open to board members that might be selling a new or barely used motor and or transmission.
