I finally got back to the burb, and my air compressor kicked the bucket.
I did get a few things going. Is the heavy connector plate on the bottom of the rocker/quarter junction normal?
How about the quarter being spot welded and stitch welded at the jam?
I swear the bozo's that painted this thing last must buy body filler in 5 gallon buckets!
