I have a 71 3/4 ton 4x4 Chevy. I too looked
into the 400. Too much money and hassle. If you already have the stock set up as far as
transfer case and adapter,rebuild 350 to
heavy duty parts and specs and you will be
amazed how much that 350 can handle.Even
behind a big block, if that's your pleasure!
