Steering wheel input needed.

I've been looking on and off for a new steering wheel for my truck for some time. It has an older grant wheel in it now and would be ok for most trucks but if you've been following my build you know that I've done a ton of work to her in the last 6 months. If not, she's going to be a "pro-touring" style 72 short bed. Has a 650+HP LS3 that will probably get a power adder at some point. She is getting 4-linked, coil overs, Baer breaks... The whole 9 yards. I have always thought that the steering wheel and the wheels should complement each other so I'll post a pic of the wheels too.

The steering wheel here is a Momo Trek R that I really like the look of with the gunmetal gray and a sporty look but I'm concerned it may be a bit on the "rice burner" side of things.it is a 35cm so it's not too small at just under 14". What are your thoughts. Anyone have an alternative? I'll say I'm not big on the billet ones with metal on the back side. I don't like that feel.
