I have 3 windshields on hand (2 of which have already been in the truck) and they're all the exact same height as what other people report, 21 3/16ths.
If I have to resort to taking it in I'll let them order their own glass. On top of everything else, the glass I got from Summit has a defect (missing lamination) in the upper corner.
