TCS is transmission controlled spark, it was an early and very primitive form of emmission control by only allowing the timing to advance in high gear, but like I said, you wont need it.

The red wire that powers up the fuse box is in the other connector, the one with the front lighting wires, but isnt in your pic.

You will also need a wire that would have originally powered the coil to power the ignition relay in the LS harness.
