I have seen a lot worse than that running down the road. My front crossmember had a piece cut out for a PTO driveshaft to a water pump mounted to the front bumper. It was twisting around under load. I just welded a piece to it as a patch and it strengthened it up pretty good. I also have a bent trans crossmember under the trans. I took a baby beater to it to get it as good as it gets. Mine is a daily driver that's hopped up.
