I picked up a thrashed 08/09 motor a couple years ago. I bolted an AR5 to it and mounted it in the frame rails.
Upon further reflection, it became apparent that what it was going to take to make the 54 a runner again, is going to be mammoth.
So it seems like a chassis swap is the better option.
