Have you been watching me from a distance? There is not a day goes by that I don't just look at the truck and dream. Of course you know the difference between a dream and a fantasy. fantasies will never happen. Sit down, plan out what you need first, to enjoy your truck, then get into the "wants" list. Do what you can for yourself, and anything you think you can't do, ask the board members, odds are someone has done it.
From your picture you have a great start, I've been meaning to replace my rockers and put in a blazer tank since 2000. (Still not done)
