Spark Plug Question(s)

With the exception of a mild RV cam and a HEI distributor, my SB Gen1 350 is completely stock.
I decided that after 50,000 miles it was about time to replace the plugs. The thing I immediately noticed was that they are burning very lean. The plugs are AC Delco R44TS.
I was wondering if I should go with a shorter tip R44T or maybe a colder R43TS.
Other than the lean condition, the engine runs great and doesn't ping under any condition.
