Bob: I am the original owner of a 77 Chevy ShortBed Pickup. I have every conceivable paperwork on the truck. I know every nut and bolt on this vehicle. On the SPID is the order code of 9V1 (Black) (This is not the paint code) I assure you on the following:
"NOWHERE ON THE VEHICLE OR ON IT'S PAPERWORK IS THE PAINT CODE" (Code 86)-Black
