That is a normal look for a small leak like that. The a-freeze dries in the air leaving a deposit like that. Take a look at the coolant in the radiator. Look at the inside of the oil cap. If that is OK you have nothing to worry about. It just needs to have the hose fitting removed & a sealer put on it like pipe joint tape or RTV sealer.
