Same tires and tread front and back? Tire pressure good?

+1 to making sure the booster and MC are meant to be together.

The booster should have an adjustable pushrod. At least the replacement I got a few months ago did.

IIRC, the pin on the brake pedal that the pushrod connects to is in a different location for manual vs power.

Other then the rear lock up problem, is the truck stopping as good or better then before you started?
