The front will take new hubs and rotors the rear will take redrilling the axles or custom axles made and new drums.Honestly for the time of money that will cost the 5x5 rims might be cheaper then swapping lug patterns and buying rims.Have you looked around summit racing or jegs for the rims you want?Both have a lot of them in 5x5 and the size you want.
