Without irrefutable documentation as proof, I'd be highly skeptical about that claimed mileage. Other than it being extremely unlikely, there's this: our odometers roll over (reset to zero) every 100K miles, and this: old odometers could be manually rolled back (shady used car dealers did this routinely).

But anything's possible. Sounds like you got a fantastic truck, can't wait to see pics.
