Thanks guys, here is what I've found out today.

There is a Rhinolining place near me, just over town, and he'll do both for $100.00.

There is a LineX place about 125 miles away (nearest one) and he'll do it for $125 per fender. He says he's done old truck fenders before. I will be over that way next week for something else so I could dovetail LineX into that trip.
