Putter, it is a floor shift. I still don't know what the column was originally from. I pulled it
out of a '72 chevy truck at a salvage, but have not been able to positive
ID it.
You're better off getting one that is known to work, because of
the time & frustration involved in making one work like I did is probably not worth going thru for most people
