You have plenty of threads on your pulley. Go to a good alternator rebuild shop, they have spacers in different thicknesses that will space your pulley out to align it up. Takes about 2 seconds to buzz off the nut and put the spacer / shim behind it. That's what I did, heck they didn't even charge me for it.
