The increase in HP at 200 mph from ram air is about 5%. At 60 mph it's probably around 1%. The difference in Hp between the engine sucking hot air from under the hood & sucking cooler air is substantial. It depends how cool the outside air is, but the gain would be more than 10%. Cooler air is denser thereby producing more power.
