Thanks for the info. I picked up a kit from The Suspension Source and agree the resources needs to be updated. I was about to tear into my 1-ton now and took a long look at the calipers and recall seeing this thread when researching. Looks like I'll be in the boat to spend more money to get the front lowered. I finished the back last weekend and need to throw the bed back on.
