Cody. That's just the contactor. The round 6 terminal controller will be in the front Right Corner of the intake manifold. The round controllers are fine as long as they work. The replacement round controllers are not made in the US and they don't last long.
The 1985 - 2001 6.x L glow controller is an easy replacement. Mount it where the contactor is right now.

That Stanadyne 80 box filter tends to leak like a sieve. The stock 1995-2001 6.5L Diesel Stanadyne Filter manager mounted in the intake valley is a better choice. Brand new 1995 Stanadyne FFM costs right around $125 complete filter, housing, Water in fuel sensor, and heater.
