I have the same problem with the passenger door, All we can figure is the door was involved in an accident in its prior life. The door seems straight and we are going to use a 1/2" wrapped galvanized pipe to serve as a fulcrum point at the base of the door where the window frame starts and push the top of the door in a touch. I'll post some pictures when we do this.
