With new and empty lines, you will want to let the system gravity bleed for a while. If you try to bleed the system by pumping the pedal and opening each bleeder, more than likely the prop valve will do it's job and block the side you open first. Then you will have trouble getting either the front or back to bleed properly and get a good pedal. There is also a tool for locking the valve in place until the system is bled.
