I had to adjust mine a bit too. You can loosen up the bolts on the door hinge and the door can be moved in towards the cab or out and away from the cab. The bolts behind the fender will allow movement towards the fender and vise versus. The only problem with that one is the fact it is harder to reach those bolts.

Mine had to be adjusted in towards the cab to help reduce wind noise. It did help but when I got my vents rebuilt, that made the most difference. I also replaced all my seals & felts on the door and cab opening.
