You may need slightly shorter shocks to compensate for the distance that they were below the spring when the axle was below the spring. That is if you decide that it might bottom out the stock shocks when you have it all back together.
Study the photos that Ogre posted in the thread in the link that 1958Warrier posted above. The photos in post 7 and post 9 give all the answers without a lot of confusing words. Simply you can see that the lower spring perches are closer to the level of the bottom of the springs now and with your flip kit they may be closer yet.
