Another thing to look at is your accelerator pump, and needle and seat. in the carb. At 13 years old there's a possibility that it's gunned up from all this "quaiity" fuel being sold these days. The Ethanol with start to break apart into its separate chemicals after about 30 days. This is why small engine manufacturers highly recommend non-ethanol fuel
