I can't tell by the picture and just to be sure, that's blue, chrome, black, chrome in that order right? I can't see the chrome on the inside is all, it just looks black. 3990740 stamped on on the back? No scratches, nicks or pitting? I get the surface issues from shelf ware. That stuff can rub out.

If all that checks out, would you consider $140 shipped + PP fees?
