Re: Throttle body issues
Well, the new fuel pump is in. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Dropping the tank with the hanging brackets and straps still attached is definitely the way to go. The tank had been replaced at some point, so I didn't have to replace the tank. But it still won't start. I also replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs while I was at it. I guess starting tomorrow I am going to start looking over the ignition system. It will not start anymore when I pour fuel down the throttle body bores.
Here is the list of what has been replaced.....
ignition module, fuel pump, fuel filter, coil, spark plugs, and throttle body rebuilt.
