I will not ship in an envelope because there is to much of a chance of it getting damaged. Might go USPS First class Mail in a box but would feel better going USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. That would be $6.80 in a small flat rate box so I would do $55.00 shipped, insured and I will take care of the PayPal fee.
