I rented a small plot of land with a shelter whilst I was in Seattle, I bought the engine from a guy on Craig's list who was wrecking a '72 flat bed, he assured me it ran well, for $380 I was willing to take a chance. It also came with starter and all the ancillaries. I later bought a new alternator to replace the one that came with it as I had to build the engine bay wiring harness from scratch.
I ordered some engine mounts of trans dept, borrowed an engine crane from a guy I had met whilst buying some mustang parts in the past and away I went, went pretty smoothly to say the crane was on a couple of old boards!!
