You don't have them listed but you may want to take a look at Cam Motion as well. They have drop-in cams for the 6.0 truck engines.

Another option is to call some of those vendors and have them custom spec a cam for your specific application. Most are happy to do it and it doesn't cost much (or anything) depending who you go with. That's the route I'm going with the LS2/4L80E swap in my K5.
