Should I get a modern overload spring kit, air bags or just look for some 1 ton springs and swap them out?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Also considering a narrow dually rear end. Is that an easy swap?

The simple answer is Yes, you can find a local spring shop and just add leafs. You would be better off with a new spring pack. 2 tons is a lot of weight on a 3/4 ton diff. Something like a Dana 80 would be better. I know they were stock in the 1995 through 2001 dodge ram's with the diesel in single tire (not duel).
