Dave's photos show one thing that is an must do on these and any cabs you work on. Get the cab squared up and get the door openings right and the doors fitted first and then brace the daylights out of the cab before cutting it apart to replace the sheet metal. It's all but impossible to square things up after you do all the cutting, fitting and welding.
