66 Volt Gauge Wiring
I'm stumped. My 66 volt gauge wiring is two hot leads coming from a ballast resistor mounting on the L. inner fender. 12.3 volts measured at both terminals of BR. Wiring diag. attached. Is this install factory as I can't find a diag. online to confirm? Gauge does not move with or without power from batt or engine running. Wiring to gauge is not factory.
