Hey Rich, I just installed one of these kits in a customers 78 FJ
It's a really nice kit...there is however a few draw backs.
1. (buy the weather pac crimpers first!) it is a must for crimping your ends that go into the connectors.
2. all of your ignition connections are a bit harder to do and are limited!
3. make sure you have easy access to the plugs (are a little hard to unplug)
Me and my Dad (oldman3) have used several AAW kits and usually go with the standard style (run your own wire to the panel and connect) aka. hwy 22 series and they work great.
One thing I can say about the kits from them is they do have detailed instructions and are of very good quality just my 2cents
