Yes, stock cam. The engine will produce about 300hp and well over 300 ft/lbs torque so it will feel VERY healthy compared to the old 283 with a weak cylinder that it had.

My guy doing the swap has built a lot of turbocharged LS engines and says my 6.0 would be easy to do if i ever want additional power.
