Thanx for the advice. I will try to sell the 24's, but they are pitted and the treads don't match.

@713quarter - those look really big. I plan to lower my rear some, look great on your truck, but perhaps too big for mine?

@ Mike - I really like the legend 6 spoke. Would these fit my hub and lugs without modification? I'm searching and finding many people have to widen holes on different wheels to get them to work. The tire sizes you mentioned above, would those be big enough to "fill" my wheel wells? I don't like the small tire, big well look.

And I agree, disk is on the list down the line, but I need to drive this truck, been sitting too long while I put the new motor in. I've had old jeeps all my life and I'm quite comfortable with drum brakes, but like you said, it's the other drivers...
