I used this for my first conversion from incandescent to LED. They still sell them at some Sears stores. Pretty cheap.

I would never go back to incandescent, fluorescent or halogen. LED is the only way.
The LED products are getting better everyday. I have the CAT LED from Costco also. Instructables has many ideas to build your own. This will be my next project.
