I know what you're saying, Dan. I've had many sleepless nights fretting over money spent for work that was promised but not delivered and then waiting with fingers crossed behind a line of guys with the same complaints. That's the main reason I've invested in my own tools over the years so I won't be at the mercy of those kinds of shops.
