I just bolted my power steering gear box on my 68 tonight. Donor truck was a 72. I had to notch the bumper bracket a little, and trim the lip off of the lower rad support bracket (I think, if I remember right). Other than that, it bolted right up.

The 68 frame has the mounting holes "bumped out" about 1/2" or so from the rest of the frame, so the gear box does not bolt flat to the frame. The bump helps it to stand-off the frame.

67's may be different, but this is how my 68 is.
