Correct. The image does show the line drawn @ the top but I'm betting it was just a quick job & just for illustration purposes.

Guys that lay frame using factory T/A x-members do usually 'flatten' (plate) the section that hangs below the frame as well as extend the top if running a 1pc d-shaft.
