Mine is a true cold air setup. I have a 4" hole cut into the radiator support for the intake.
I would like a straight pipe on mine though but it seems to flow fine like it is.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
