You're welcome! I think the majority of the plug wire holders are being reproduced. Chevy cars used many of the same holders. So if you can't find them through any of the pickup truck parts vendors, check with places that sell reproduction parts for 60's Chevy cars.
I believe all of the 283 & 327 blocks will have the necessary holes. You're right, the ones on the back of the block down by the bellhousing probably won't be easy to reach. And they might be full of crud if they haven't been used in some time. They accept bolts with 1/4"-20 threads if I remember correctly. Also, the clips at the very bottom of the illustration (without any reference numbers) go under the heads of the existing oil pan bolts (one on each side).
