On the LS applications, we build them with steam port, both inlet and outlet on passenger side, and we use the LS sized ports (unless requested otherwise). The trans cooler uses 1/4" NPT fittings. For hoses, we don't recommend any specific hoses due to the wide range of applications. We do have some customers that have posted their hose p/n's on this forum, but we don't keep any on file.
Shouldnt be more than 400 / 425 HP at the most
