a headlight relay harness is good to add even if you keep your old lights, easy install. as far as I know resistors are needed for led tail and turn signal lights to stop a hyper flash, which they now have flasher relays with one built in to stop that, shouldn't need one anywhere else. Halogen bulbs should be plug and play, hid are plug and play except you will have to mount the ballast box that they need to start, they are small and each light will have one. yes they have hi/lo, I put some on a motorcycle one time. check the web site for DDM tuning, that is where I got mine, they have lifetime warranty ballasts, and many choices for bulb color. but there shipping is slow, like 3 weeks from japan
