No it won't bolt up. You need an adapter that goes in place of the tail section (6 bolts hold it on), and most likely a different tailshaft. What trans is in the doner? You're better off with a later TC such as the NP205, or NP241 if you want a lower low.
Is your truck a leaf or arm rear?
Obviously the diffs need swapped and the 4x4 crossmember installed, so the engine needs to come out or be supported.
