Yeah, that eBay bracket is a bit on the pricey side. And as I mentioned earlier, the diagram I posted is for 67+ and that particular bracket is different for the earlier years anyway.
This is the style that was commonly used on early/mid 60's Chevy car applications with small block V8's -->

The bracket originally used on these trucks is quite similar except it's bent a little different at the bottom so it attaches to an intake manifold bolt instead of a valve cover bolt.
Also, here is the upper / rear bracket used on the passenger side (this one is the same for car & truck applications) -->
