Was reading a sad story about the civilains in Mosul Iraq when I saw this picture. Sure likes like a "down on its luck" C10 to me.

p.s. this is not a political statement in any fashion even though the story is about U.S. airstrikes killing civilians, it's just where the photo popped up. I support the US military and I'm proud to be a veteran.
