I personally like the K over the C. I don't care for shifters being relocated to the floor like the c has. Both look like sound builds. It all depends on what you are looking for. My suggestion would be to decide if you want 67/68, 69/70, or 71/72 style and if you want C or K, swb, or lwb. Shortys are much saltier than the longs. Once you determine what youre after, start hunting. Every once in a while you will find a steal. Otherwise, as you notice they are bringing top dollar.
